Branded T Shirts Branded Bags & Marketing
This weekend I noticed one of our banks go very agressively in promoting one of their lending packages in my local shopping center (Chatswood Chase in Sydney). It was a well run well co-ordinated campaign which did attract a lot of attention. As well as having a pop up designated area as a kind of a base quarter they also hand quite a few roaming staff. These staff looked professional, clean and had corporate branded shirts with matching corporate branded bags and lanyards to match. They easily worked through the shopping crowd handing out fliers (I thought I saw lollypops too) with the usual interested and not interested people amongst the crowd. What struck me though was they obviously had a high success rate. You see quite a few people ended up talking about their product with this company. This is compared to others who hand out fliers who I regularly see in the Sydney CBD who have no uniform and look like they just got out of bed. You see having corporate merchandise like the items that we stock provide you with more than just a look. It provides the audience (ie. your potential customers) with confidence, trust and security. Why? Well despite what many say most of us judge a book by its cover. When it comes to marketing and having a total stranger approach you the visual aspect of your staff and team member becomes critical in creating and maintaining interest in passerbys. So if you do have an event coming up and are considering weather to pump out for some smart corporate products I do believe that would be amongst the most important investment decisions you can make for your marketing event.
