• Embroidery - coloured threads are sewn directly into the fabric thousands of times to create your image or logo
• Custom Patches - Patches are stitched in bulk in advance and then applied using an adhesive and heat technique onto areas of cable knitted custom beanies or ribbed branded beanies
• Sublimation Printing - a technique which allows for all-over, full-colour dyeing of the warn acrylic yarn so that your design covers the beanie all over, rather than just a custom logo printed beanie.

Care Instructions

To care for your hats and beanies, avoid overstretching and pulling it when you wear it on your head. Beanies, like most knitwear can be washed in a gentle cycle in a laundry bag, or hand washed in cold water.

We recommend for best results to separate your beanie from clothing with zippers or large buttons to avoid pulls and tears on the woven fabric. If you have a traditional style skull beanie or another type of promotional beanie that is not woven then you do not need to take as much care in keeping the hat away from other objects in the wash as there's less chance of them catching on anything.

What makes a wool blend beanie different from a regular polyester beanie?

Wool blend beanies use natural fibres, making them more warm and breathable. However, the wool beanies does require more care and is a bit more expensive. On the other hand, polyester is durable and easier to maintain.

Do your beanies have different sizes?

Our beanies are one size fits most, as with the majority of beanies available as promotional item.
