Is a Faster Turnaround Possible?

Yes, but it depends on stock availability and the type of product.  We have a large range of ready to be branded promotional items which are kept just in case you require them quicker.  These cost a little extra to cover additional production expenses.  Some of the products in our fast turnaround promotional items can be found by following the link.

How do I place an Order?

Is there a specific artwork file format needed for my logo?

Yes! Artwork will need to be in either Adobe Illustrator EPS or AI saved with vector lines. Adobe PDF saved with Vector lines is also acceptable. If you do not have these formats we can convert your jpeg or other format for $45 (may vary depending on complexity). Please click artwork for promotional merchandise to find out more.

Will I save money if I order in bulk?

Yes, with branded merchandise larger volumes will yield better prices per unit. Smaller runs of promotional merchandise tends to be more expensive due to factors such as overhead costs for printing and freight charges.

Will you price match?

Yes, we will match all Australian quotes for an identical item.

Do we deliver overseas?

Yes! We service Australia for all the states including New South Wales (NSW), Melbourne (VIC), Canberra (ACT), Queensland (QLD), South Australia (SA), Western Australia (WA), Northern Territory (NT) Tasmania (TAS) and New Zealand. For other countries outside of Australia. Please email us to obtain a freight cost or feel free to organise your own courier pick up from our warehoues.

Can I see how my logo looks like on the product prior to production?

A visual proof will be supplied to you prior to production for your promotional items illustrating where as well as the size of your logo on the product for your approval will be emailed to you.  You may request changes at this stage (changes over 2 mock ups will incur a small fee.  In some instances a pre production sample may be available.

How do I make payments?

Our payment terms is strictly COD unless specified otherwise, please speak with a friendly sales consultant to discuss other alternatives if needed. The exception to this being large orders which incur a 50% deposit before and after delivery. COD does not apply to any Australian government departments or Universities however an official purchase order number would be required.

What Payment method do you accept?

We accept Master & VISA Credit Card, Direct Bank Deposit and Cheque.
