After 2016 saw the humble DHL logo t-shirt become a catwalk sensation, the company has successfully returned to the spotlight with a fashion show that took place in... an airport?

That's right, taking the combination of fashion and logistics to bold new places the DHL x Vetements fashion show took place at Germany’s Leipzig Airport. What makes this collaboration so interesting is how DHL has long had an association with the fashion industry because of the logistics and delivery solution options it provides large apparel chains. Without courier support it would be difficult for fashion companies to get their stock where it needs to go, so the logo branded t-shirts and DHL promotional polo shirts seem like a natural next step in promoting their brand among high-end retailers and designers.

The clothing, worn at the event by an assortment of models, boasts a simple and on-brand colour combination of yellow, red and black across all available items.
