Starbucks is a company with a regular Christmas marketing ritual, and this year they haven't let their eager fans down with the latest range of customised holiday coffee cups. Today we're checking out these effortlessly cool cups that are Starbucks brand without looking too over-the-top.

Promotional Christmas Colour Bulk Cups

In previous years the Starbucks cups (which have a devoted following) created to promote the brand over Christmas have come under fire for not being Christmas-y enough. This year the brand of opted for traditional red and green colours from the season, but have given them a fun twist by using them in eye-catching patterns all over the promotional cups. Who wouldn't want to drink coffee out of logo printed cups boasting mistletoe and star patterns?

Perhaps what makes this year's custom Starbucks cups apart from previous years is how traditional they look, almost like the wrapping paper you might remember from childhood. The creative team at Starbucks say this is intentional, and they consulted with many designers and staff about a more traditional look for 2018. The results, however, aren't stodgy and boring - they're a modern take on old designs and offer some familiar comfort during the holiday season.

But don't worry, they haven't discontinued their famous red cups -- you can still get those until Christmas this year as well!
