What branding options are available?
Cubic Promote is Australia’s expert on custom branding on T-shirts. The options we have available to print on tees include:
- Screen Printing: Your graphic is transferred onto a mesh. Ink is pushed through the mesh and onto the shirt.
- Embroidery: Using thread to create your logo
- Digital Plastisol Transfers: Your logo is printed onto a plastisol in full colour, which is then heat applied onto the shirt
- Full-Colour Digital Print: Your graphic will be printed in full colour onto the shirt
- Sublimation Printing: Entire fabric is personalised with your graphic (only available for orders of 100 pieces and above)
Can you match our brand colours and design?
Yes, we can match your brand colours and design. We offer PMS colour matching to help ensure your logo and artwork are produced as accurately as possible. Simply provide your artwork, brand guidelines, or Pantone (PMS) colour codes, and we’ll work to match them across your custom t-shirts.

Do you ship tee-shirts outside Australia?
What is your returns policy for your custom tees?
Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrectly produced items. You can cancel or modify an order only before production begins. Change‑of‑mind returns aren’t accepted after artwork approval. For full terms and conditions, please view our Returns Policy.
Do you offer urgent or same-day branding services for t-shirts?
Yes, we offer an express dispatch service for custom-branded products, with dispatch within 24 hours. Please allow additional time for delivery.
- For metro areas in NSW, VIC, QLD, and ACT, delivery takes 1 business day after dispatch.
- For other Australian cities and regional centres, delivery may take up to 6 business days.
Do you offer product samples?
Yes, we offer product samples upon request. To see product samples, you can choose:
- Unbranded Samples (free, we only charge the cost of freight)
- Branded Samples (cost: $75). This $75 cost will be refunded via a deduction from your total invoice should you proceed with a wholesale purchase order.
Do you supply brand‑name T‑shirts such as American Apparel, AS Colour or Gildan?
Can you produce election or campaign T‑shirts?

We suggest combining T‑shirts with branded caps or custom tote bags to create a complete merchandise pack for events, trade shows or product launches.

What artwork file formats do you accept, and can you match Pantone colours?
- Embroidery: We accept files in the following formats for embroidery: AI, EPS, PDF, JPEG, and PNG.
- Screen‑printing: Artwork must be supplied as AI/EPS/PDF with vectorised outlines.
- Digital full-colour printing (including transfer printing): We accept high-resolution JPEGs, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop files.
Pantone colours: Pantone colours can be matched when you provide the Pantone code.
