Match the fabric to the load. A 140gsm calico tote suits brochures and lanyards; anything heavier needs 10oz canvas or a woven laminate. Bags that split at an event cost more in goodwill than the saving on material.

Order to the next quantity break. Bulk pricing steps down at set volumes, so 100 bags often cost barely more than 75. Ask us where the next break sits before you lock the number in.

Pick the print method early. Screen printing wins on flat cotton and high volumes, embroidery gives backpacks a premium finish, and full-colour transfer handles gradients. The method shapes both artwork and price.

Check the print area, not the bag size. Gussets, seams and zips all eat into usable space. Send us the bag you like and we will confirm the maximum logo dimensions before artwork starts.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Most bags start at 25 units. Some ranges go lower and a few specialised styles start higher, so the product page always lists the exact minimum.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard production runs 7–10 business days from the moment you approve artwork, then add transit. Express dispatch is available on many lines — tell us your event date and we will confirm what is achievable.
Where do you ship?
We deliver anywhere in Australia, including regional addresses, and can split a single order across multiple sites. We do not ship outside Australia.
Can I order a sample before committing?
Yes. Ask for a blank sample to check the fabric and construction, or a pre-production sample with your logo applied before the full run starts.
What artwork format do you need?
Send vector artwork — AI, EPS or PDF with fonts outlined. High-resolution PNG works for full-colour transfers. If all you have is a JPG, our studio can redraw it for you.
Are there setup fees?
A one-off setup applies per colour and per print position, and it is always itemised in your quote. Reorders of the same artwork usually skip it.
Can you match my brand colours?
We print to Pantone references and match as closely as the fabric allows. Dyed cotton and woven polyester take ink differently, so we flag any likely variation before production.
What is your returns policy on branded stock?
Custom-printed goods cannot be returned for change of mind, which is why we send an artwork proof for sign-off. If anything arrives faulty or off-spec, contact us and we will replace or credit it.
