It depends on the product and how it’s decorated. Most of our range sits between 10 and 250 units as a minimum — drinkware and apparel tend to start low, pens and small giveaways higher. If you need a smaller run, ask us about our low order quantity range.

The more you order, the lower your unit price drops. We are the bulk supplier experts. If you’ve been quoted less by another Australian supplier, send it to us and we’ll match it.

Standard dispatch is 7 business days for custom-branded orders. If you’re tighter than that, we run 24-hour express dispatch on all custom-branded rush jobs — just tell us your deadline up front.

A vector logo file gives us the sharpest result, but send whatever you have and we’ll work with it. We set up your artwork and send a free digital proof before anything is printed, nothing goes to production until you’ve signed it off.

Absolutely. We’d rather you saw and felt the product before committing to a full run, especially for apparel, uniforms or anything your team will use daily. Ask for a sample when you send your enquiry.

Screen printing, digital and high-definition printing, embroidery, laser engraving and pad printing. It comes down to the product and the finish you’re after. Our decoration team here in Sydney handles it in-house and will point you to whichever method holds up best for how the item gets used.
