What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by product and decoration method. Smaller items such as pens and lanyards start from lower quantities, while apparel and embroidered goods start higher. We also carry a low order quantity range for smaller runs.
How is bulk pricing calculated?
All wholesale pricing is quoted per unit and excludes GST. The larger your order volume, the lower your cost per item. We also offer a price match guarantee against any genuine quote from an Australian supplier. Full terms are set out in our ordering process.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days, with 24-hour express dispatch available on selected products and rush orders on request.
What artwork do you need from me?
Screen printing, digital and high-definition printing, embroidery, laser engraving and PMS colour matching, depending on the product and finish. Our in-house team in Sydney handles decoration and recommends the method that holds up best for how the item will be used.
Can I request a product sample first?
Yes. Samples can be arranged before a bulk run, which we recommend for apparel, uniforms and any item staff will handle daily. Request one when you submit your enquiry.
