Branding that gets picked up several times a day

Drinkware earns its place through sheer frequency of use. A bottle goes to the gym and back to the desk, a mug gets filled two or three times a shift, and a reusable cup turns up at the same café every morning. Few promotional items are handled that often, which is why drinkware keeps appearing in staff kits, conference packs and club merchandise.

We supply custom drinkware in bulk to Australian companies, universities, councils, clubs and event organisers, with free delivery Australia-wide. Buying in bulk means a larger volume at a lower per-unit price, so a 500-bottle staff rollout costs noticeably less each than 100. Everything is proofed before production, Pantone matching is available, and stock dispatches between 1 and 7 days. Build a full kit with branded polos, or pair sports bottles with custom caps for a club order.

Before you order

Expert buying tips

  1. 01

Pick the material for how the item will be used. Stainless steel suits a gift that needs to feel substantial and hold temperature; plastic suits high-volume giveaways and sports clubs; glass and ceramic stay on a desk. The material sets both the price and the impression.

  2. 02

Check the item is dishwasher safe before a staff rollout. Anything used daily will end up in a dishwasher whatever the care label says. Engraving and sublimated wraps handle it; some surface prints do not, and a faded logo undoes the gift.

  3. 03

Use the wrap if you have more than a logo to say. A full wrap around a bottle gives you room for a campaign message, a sponsor list or an event date. A single-position print is cheaper but limits you to the mark alone.

  4. 04

Ask about Pantone matching early. Blue, black, green, white and red are the popular stock colours and the quickest to supply. We can Pantone match, but a specific corporate colour on the vessel itself may add to the lead time.

  5. 05

Buy to the next quantity break. Bulk means a larger volume at a lower per-unit price, and because setup is a one-off, spreading it across more units drops the cost twice over. Spares also cover the staff who join after the rollout.

  6. 06

Match the capacity to the setting. A 750ml bottle suits a gym or a work site; 500ml is easier in a handbag or a conference satchel. Getting this wrong is the most common reason a good bottle stops being carried.

Ideal use cases in Australia

  • Corporate gifting, where a premium tumbler or piece of glassware gets used rather than put in a drawer.
  • Trade shows and expos at ICC Sydney or the Melbourne Convention Centre, where attendees carry a bottle around the floor all day.
  • Retail and hospitality merchandise, where branded mugs and cups sit on the shelf as a product in their own right.
  • Fundraisers and charity events, where a reusable bottle raises money and carries the cause at the same time.
  • Sporting clubs and junior teams, where a sports bottle is equipment first and signage second.
  • Council and workplace sustainability programs replacing single-use cups, where the reusable option needs to be the easy one.
  • Construction and field crews, where a large insulated bottle is genuinely useful through an Australian summer.
  • Melbourne Cup functions and end-of-year events, where stubby coolers and custom-labelled wine suit the occasion.

Questions we get daily

Drinkware ordering FAQs

Still stuck? Get in touch with us to learn about custom branding options, request a quote, or book a meeting with our team today.

Ask a question

What is the minimum order on drinkware?

+
Most bottles, mugs and glassware start at 50 units, with lower-cost items like stubby coolers and plastic bottles starting at 100. Every product page lists its own quantity breaks, and the per-unit price drops as the volume rises.

How quickly can you dispatch an order?

+
Dispatch runs between 1 and 7 days from artwork approval, depending on the product and branding method. Rush lines can leave in 1 to 3 days — tell us your deadline and we will work to it. Add transit on top, one to four days depending on your state. Full detail sits on our href="https://www.cubicpromote.com.au/shipping" style="color:#1577C0;text-decoration:underline;">lead times page.

Can I order different drinkware styles in one bulk order?

+
Yes. You can mix and match bottles, mugs and tumblers in a single order. Each product carries its own minimum and setup, so a split order costs a little more per unit than the same total in one style — we will price both ways so you can compare.

Do you price match?

+
Yes. If you have a comparable quote elsewhere, send it through and we will work to it. Comparing like for like matters here — material, capacity, branding method and quantity all move the price, so we will set the two side by side.

Which colours are available, and can you match ours?

+
Blue, black, green, white and red are the most popular and the quickest to supply from stock. We also offer Pantone colour matching. A specific corporate colour on the vessel itself can add to the lead time, so raise it when you request the quote.

Which branding method suits my product?

+
The material decides it. Stainless steel and bamboo take laser engraving, plastic and ceramic take a pad print, and stubby coolers, labels and mugs take a full-colour wrap. We recommend the method with your quote, and the comparison above sets out the trade-offs.

Is the branding dishwasher safe?

+
Laser engraving is, because the mark is in the metal rather than on it. Sublimated wraps hold up well. Some surface prints are hand-wash only, and on a staff rollout that distinction matters — ask us to confirm for the specific product before you order.

Can I get a sample, and how do reorders work?

+
Blank samples are available so you can check weight, capacity and lid action before committing, and on larger runs we can produce a branded pre-production sample. Request one through our href="https://www.cubicpromote.com.au/product-samples" style="color:#1577C0;text-decoration:underline;">product samples page. Reorders skip setup because we keep your artwork on file. Branded goods are made to order, so see our href="https://www.cubicpromote.com.au/returns-policy" style="color:#1577C0;text-decoration:underline;">returns policy on faults and change of mind.
