Merchandise and custom uniforms should do more than show off your organisation’s logo. Choosing who you decide to be a supplier matters. That’s why we’ve had discussions with our team and decided we needed policies on “People and Planet.” We’re an Aussie company that cares about the community and where our products come from. Why We Created Each Policy
Contractor Policy: We’ve seen too many dodgy setups. This policy keeps everyone on the same page, so you know the gear you get from us comes from a good place.
Ethical Sourcing Policy: We wrote an Ethical Sourcing Policy for our business to follow. Cubic Promote is against unethical business practices. Fair work, fair pay, and safe working conditions are human rights.
Environmental Policy: We developed an Environmental Policy because our industry is not exactly kind to the environment. However, with our Carbon Neutral Certificate, our pioneering clothing recycling program, our textile rejuvenation program, we can do our bit to help.
First Nations Aboriginals Policy: We put together a First Nations Aboriginals Policy because this land’s story starts with its First Peoples, and that’s worth respecting. We’ve seen how their culture adds something special to Australia, and this policy ensures that our business reflects that.
Sustainability Policy: We created a Sustainability Policy because throwing stuff out after one use feels wrong. We’re in the business of making merchandise and uniforms that last, not just pile up in landfills. It’s about being smart about how we do things—picking better options and thinking long-term.
Diversity & Inclusion Policy: We wrote a Diversity and inclusion Policy because our team is diverse. We celebrate this diversity with the food we eat and the humour we share. Everyone is included. We want to build a business that belongs to us all and share that with clients who feel the same way.
