Our business relies on the satisfaction of our clients. Please read this section of our website on our Returns policy. Whatever reason you may need to return merchandise and apparel, we will aim to ensure it is clear, fast and transparent. We are proud APPA (Australian Promotional Products Association) members, and an industry ethical code for fairness binds us.
Returns Eligibility

Tumbling Blocks
We cover our clients under the following conditions for returns:
The Wrong Order Arrived
- If what arrives doesn’t match the product or the logo you required branded on the Item, please contact us immediately. On past occasions, couriers and staff may deliver products to the wrong location.
The Item Does not work
- If something’s defective, we’ll replace it if we’ve got stock or issue a refund—your choice.
The Courier or another Mishap Damaged the Order
- If items arrive broken, let us know. We can potentially claim with the courier.
Wrong Quantity
- The number ordered did not arrive. Perhaps too many arrived, or an insufficient number turned up. Let us know, and we will rectify it.
Returns That We Cannot Honour
There may be instances where we cannot honour returns. This includes:

Straw hats
Unexpected and Delays We Cannot Control:
- We do our best to get your 14,000+ range of products to you on time, but courier hiccups can happen. Refunds aren’t available for delays. Need it fast? Chat with your sales rep about express options upfront.
Change of Mind:
- Once you have approved the artwork for a purchase order (e.g., custom-printed hard hats), you have committed to the purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or accept returns for a change of mind after your approval. Therefore, please take care when purchasing and ensure you check the artwork proof carefully.
Products you have Broken
- If you have broken the items intentionally or accidentally, we can’t take them back. Not sure how to use something? Ask your sales manager before ordering or requesting a sample.
