Mary’s Mount Primary School

Mary’s Mount Primary School ordered customised drawstring bags to hand out to their students for an event. Instead of printing their logo, they asked us to print a quote from Ben Crowe: “Be the best part of someone else’s day,” on all 1,000 drawstring bags.

Why They Chose to Print a Quote

While most of our clients choose a logo or event details, Mary’s Mount Primary School chose a quote. They used the bag to remind students about kindness and how they treat others. This worked well for the school community because the message went with students wherever they went. Whether they took the bags to class, sports, trips, or home, the words were always there when they picked them up.

How We Helped Them

They knew they wanted drawstring bags. So when they reached out to us with an inquiry, we gave them 3 product options in different price ranges. They chose these bags because of the following:
  • Large print area for the full message
  • Easy for students to carry
  • Useful well beyond the giveaway day
  • Plenty of repeat visibility around school and at home
Because they ordered in bulk, we secured a lower cost per unit. This allowed them to save 200 AUD from their budget.

Results

After we confirmed that all 1,000 bags were delivered, we asked for their feedback. Their team shared that they were happy the items arrived 3 days before the event. That gave them plenty of time to check the quality and plan how to distribute them. They also loved how proactive our team was.
