Royal Perth Hospital — P.A.R.T.Y. Program

Last Updated: 15 October 2025

When the team behind the P.A.R.T.Y. Program at Royal Perth Hospital wanted to increase student engagement and extend their program’s impact, they turned to Cubic Promote. Their vision was to create branded merchandise that would not just be a freebie, but a powerful and lasting reminder of the program’s lifesaving message.

About the Organisation

Royal Perth Hospital is one of Western Australia’s oldest and most respected hospitals, known for its critical trauma services and community health initiatives. Its flagship injury prevention initiative, the P.A.R.T.Y. Program (Prevent Alcohol and Risk-related Trauma in Youth), has been running for more than a decade.

This program reaches students across metropolitan and regional WA each year. They aim to show these students firsthand the consequences of risky behaviour through immersive hospital visits, trauma ward tours, and conversations with real patients and clinicians. This would turn every participant into an ambassador for the program — helping the hospital extend its preventive education beyond its walls.

The Challenge

The P.A.R.T.Y. Program team wanted more than just merchandise — they wanted items that felt meaningful. They needed products that students would actually use, that could hold up over time, and that would help spread their message well beyond the hospital walls.

The goal was simple:

  • Reinforce the program’s branding so students remember the experience.
  • Boost visibility and awareness in schools and communities across Western Australia.

How Cubic Promote Helped

To bring this to life, our team worked closely with the program coordinators to design a giveaway pack that was both practical and memorable. After a few collaborative design rounds, the team settled on:

White bucket hat with colorful P.A.R.T.Y. Program logo, raising youth trauma awareness in WA.

Bucket Hats

700 pieces

White drawstring bag with colorful PARTY PREVENT logo, promoting injury prevention awareness.

Drawstring Bags

1000 pieces

White water bottle with PARTY Program and PREVENT logo from Royal Perth Hospital on the side.

Metal Bottles

700 pieces

Each item was custom printed with the P.A.R.T.Y. logo, ensuring a consistent, professional look. We managed the entire process — from artwork proofing and production to logistics and delivery. Everything was finished ahead of schedule, with the full order arriving at the hospital’s central distribution point just before the new school term started.

The Results

The campaign launch went off without a hitch, reaching schools and communities across WA.

Key Takeaway

For the Royal Perth Hospital P.A.R.T.Y. Program, this project wasn’t just about handing out merchandise — it was about leaving a lasting impression.

By selecting the right products, ensuring consistent branding, and delivering everything on schedule, the program was able to:

  • Build a stronger presence in schools and communities.
  • Keep their message front and centre well after each session.
  • Drive a measurable lift in student engagement.

At Cubic Promote, we know that merchandise can be a powerful extension of your message. Our work with RPH shows how the right products, executed well, can help organisations reach more people and create a deeper impact — all without stretching their budget.
