The brief

Small things that stay in the house

For a community organisation, the best giveaway is one that sticks around — a useful item that keeps the name and number in front of supporters long after an event. Bundaberg Meals on Wheels wanted a varied mix of practical, everyday pieces for their July event: things people keep on the fridge, on the keys, or in the drawer, each carrying the “more than just a meal” line and the local contact details.

“Everything arrived on time and was exactly what we needed for the event. Thanks again for the excellent service.”
Jessica Greenaway · Bundaberg Meals on Wheels
The build

One brand, full colour, across a mixed run

The mix spanned very different products — a silicone fridge pen, an aluminium keyring torch, a gel hot/cold pack, a microfibre keychain and a treat pack. Each took a full-colour print so the Meals on Wheels logo, tagline and phone number read cleanly and consistently on white, metal and clear surfaces alike. Running the whole assortment together kept it simple to manage and on budget for a not-for-profit.

The result

On time, under budget, ready for the day

The full mix was turned around in a week and delivered on time and under budget — ready to hand out at the July event. A varied giveaway kit works harder than a single item: something for the kitchen, something for the keys, something for the first aid drawer, all keeping the local Meals on Wheels front of mind. Exactly why they keep coming back. Read more about Meals on Wheels.
