Our Work with ProRisk
Last Updated: 12 October 2026
We recently received a bulk order of manicure sets from ProRisk, an Australian underwriting agency. It was an urgent order, so Shealeigh Keeney, our account manager, worked with Leo Cruz, our Senior Production Manager.

Keeping an Urgent Order Moving
They had an upcoming event and needed the giveaways to arrive before the event. So they chose our 24-hour rush production option. Because the order was urgent, Shealeigh and Leo stayed close to the job and helped them work through the details as they came up. Rather than leaving her to chase different parts of the order, the team kept communication moving between artwork, production and the client.
Why Shealeigh Suggested Manicure Sets
Shealeigh Keeney wanted something more unexpected but still practical for their team. So, as they considered options, she suggested these manicure sets. Why?
- Small enough to hand out easily
- Useful enough to keep rather than leave behind
- Easy to carry in a handbag, desk drawer or travel bag
- Subtle enough to keep the ProRisk branding looking polished
It gave the marketing team something with a bit more personality while still feeling professional.
Results: An Urgent Order That Stayed on Track
After 24 hours, we dispatched the item and handed it to the courier. The order arrived just in time for the event. ProRisk later thanked Shealeigh and Leo specifically for their help and patience. For ProRisk, the biggest win was getting the merchandise sorted without adding more pressure to an already time-sensitive job.
