How were the hand sanitisers used?

Darling Downs Health ordered 800 hand sanitisers for their Home Dialysis Service as part of their ongoing focus on providing safe and hygienic treatment environments. These were included in patient starter kits, given to carers, and used by staff during home visits.

Each of the battles featured their logo to remind the patients of their pleasant experience with Darling Downs Health. Patients kept them beside their equipment, in treatment spaces, and in everyday areas of the home, so maintaining hand hygiene was always simple.

Clinicians also carried the sanitisers during routine check-ins and training visits, reinforcing best practice and promoting consistency across the service.

While these sanitisers may be small, they’re handy reminders that their team is always close by, always ready to support and help their patients.
