Surge in Custom Sports Merchandise Orders from Aussie Schools, NAIDOC and Community Groups
Sydney, Australia – 20 May 2025
Cubic Promote has seen a significant demand for branded sports merchandise this season. A 38% year-on-year increase in orders from schools and grassroots community groups across Australia.
With mid-year sports carnivals, fundraisers, and NAIDOC Week preparations in full swing, the promotional products supplier has delivered thousands of custom sports balls, eco-friendly bottles, T-shirts, and team accessories over the past two months.
“Community groups are looking for high-impact, low-cost ways to build engagement—and branded sports items tick all the boxes,” said Charles Liu, a member of the Cubic Promote team. “They’re practical, fun, and carry a strong message of unity and support.”
The most popular items include custom-branded basketballs, drawstring sports bags, and eco-bottles made from recycled materials. Thanks to Cubic Promote’s local production and nationwide logistics, many of these are delivered within one to two weeks.
As schools and local councils gear up for NAIDOC Week events, the company expects demand to remain strong into June and July. Clients value the ability to customise items with school or event logos. Our Indigenous artist Julia Wade is also available to create authentic original aboriginal designs for events
