Turnaround Time
Turnaround time is 2 weeks from art approval. Artwork is needed in Adobe VECTOR eps or ai format. If this format is not available, we can have our image designer redraw your logo for a small fee of $45. Freight charges may apply depending on order volume.
Setup Fees
Print or engraving setup per colour/position is $80. All prices are ex GST.
Warranty Information
All cross-writing instruments are guaranteed against mechanical failure regardless of age. Any product or part requiring service under Cross warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Shipping and handling fees may apply. Speak to our team member for further information.
