Branded uniforms, quoted at wholesale volumes

Custom apparel does more work than most merchandise because your crew wears it repeatedly. It needs to fit, last and represent your brand well. We supply uniforms to Australian businesses, councils, universities and government departments, with embroidery for collared and structured garments and screen print or DTF for tees, hoodies and event kits. Start with polo shirts or custom workwear, or add matching bags and drinkware for a complete staff kit.

Expert buying tips

Twenty years of apparel orders have shown us where budgets get wasted. Read these six checks before approving a garment, quantity or production date.
1

Match branding to the garment

Embroidery suits structured polos, shirts and jackets. Screen print and DTF work well for larger artwork on tees, hoodies and event apparel.
2

Read the fabric weight

GSM affects drape, warmth and durability. A cheaper lightweight garment can cost more if the team needs to replace it sooner.
3

Order a fit sample

Size labels differ by brand. A quick fit session reduces replacements, urgent freight and staff frustration after delivery.
4

Allow for colour variation

Thread and ink are matched as closely as possible, but they can read differently across dyed, textured or dark fabrics.
5

Check the next quantity break

Bulk pricing steps down at set volumes. A slightly larger order may cost little more while providing useful contingency stock.
6

Work backwards from the date

Leave time for sizing, artwork approval, production and freight. Tell the team your required date before choosing a product.

Questions we get daily

Uniform ordering FAQs

Still stuck? Contact our team for product selection, artwork guidance, sizing help or a fast quote. Ask a question

What is the minimum order for custom uniforms?

Minimum quantities vary by garment, with many current apparel lines beginning at 20 or 25 units. Sizes can usually be mixed within the same style and colourway. Larger volumes generally reduce the per-unit cost.

What size range do you carry, and can I mix sizes?

Many styles cover a broad range, including men’s and women’s cuts, although the exact sizes vary by brand. Send your size breakdown with the enquiry so the team can confirm availability before you commit.

Is there a setup or digitising fee for embroidery?

Embroidery requires a stitch file. Any applicable digitising or setup cost is confirmed in the quote, and the approved file can be retained to simplify future reorders.

How long does production and delivery take?

Turnaround depends on the garment, branding method, quantity and delivery location. Standard and express options are available on selected lines. Share your required arrival date when requesting a quote.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes. Ask about blank samples for checking fit and fabric, or a branded pre-production sample when the project requires one.

What artwork format should I send?

Vector AI, EPS or PDF files are preferred. High-resolution transparent PNG artwork can also suit some transfer-print jobs. The art team can advise if a redraw is required.

Will my brand colours match exactly?

The team matches thread and print colours as closely as the process allows. Colour can appear different on textured or dark fabrics, so review the artwork proof carefully before approving production.

How do reorders and returns work on branded stock?

Approved artwork and production details can be retained to help make repeat orders easier. Branded garments are made to order, so change-of-mind returns do not apply; incorrectly produced or defective items are handled under the relevant policy.

What Can You Use For?

Branded clothing such as our full range of promotional shirts is great for strengthening your image. It unites teams, builds customer loyalty, and offers flexible branding for everything from uniforms to giveaways. At Cubic Promote, we make it easy to order quality printed and embroidered t-shirts, polos, jackets, caps, hoodies, and workwear. Every item is branded locally for sharp decoration, fast delivery, and consistent quality. We also choose to supply apparel responsibly, with ethical sourcing, SEDEX membership, ISO9001 certification, carbon neutrality, and recycling programs that support a more sustainable future.

Buying Tips from Our Experts

  • Consider The Event Type: Think about where the apparel will be worn first. Uniform polos make sense for exhibitions and conferences, while hoodies and tees suit festivals and community events.
  • Prioritise Comfort: Invest in breathable fabrics and modern fits so your apparel actually gets used after the event.
  • Logo placement drives visibility: Chest, back, or sleeve — each placement has a different impact. For example, sleeve logos work well at activations where staff use their hands.
  • Think sizing strategically: Events like university O-Weeks or marathons require inclusive size ranges. Pre-event size planning avoids waste and maximises brand reach.

Ideal Use Cases in Australia

Here’s where we’ve supplied apparel and uniforms for:

  • Trade Shows & Industry Conferences: Uniform polos and jackets create a sharp, unified presence at major business events.
  • Universities & Campus Events: T-shirts and caps are a staple at Orientation Week at universities like The University of Sydney, Monash University, and The University of Queensland.
  • Sporting Events & Fun Runs: Lightweight tees and singlets are perfect for large-scale community runs.
  • Tourism & Hospitality Promotions: Staff uniforms and promotional wear create professional visibility at destinations like Barossa Valley, Great Barrier Reef, and Sydney Harbour, where tour operators, hotels, and wineries rely on consistent, branded apparel.
  • Fundraising & Awareness Events: Tees and other apparel are effective as giveaways for volunteers or participants.
