Client: Taco Bell Australia (fast-food chain with stores across QLD, NSW, VIC, and WA)
What was ordered: 800 black caps, custom-printed with their famous logo on the front.
Purpose: To celebrate their anniversary and attract visitors to their stalls during the campaign.
How were the caps used: The caps were given out to the first 50 customers at each Taco Bell stall who purchased the anniversary event. The promotion encouraged early attendance and boosted engagement at each location.
How did it help: These branded caps became an instant hit among visitors. Because it’s simple and comfortable to wear, the recipients were happy to receive them. The giveaway also boosted their foot traffic by 3% that day. In fact, weeks after the event their staff noted seeing these caps being worn by the recipients. And this means extra exposure for them across Australia.
This limited-edition promo was a cost-effective way for Taco Bell to connect with fans, drive participation, and keep their branding front of mind beyond the campaign.
