To reduce paper usage and create a more personalised in-room welcome, Spicers Retreats located in Hunter Valley collaborated with Cubic Promote to deliver 1,500 custom-branded bamboo USB drives. These eco-friendly flash drives were preloaded with tailored guest itineraries, spa offers, and resort events—designed to be plugged into the in-room TVs.

The USBs gave guests instant access to resort experiences while reinforcing Spicers’ brand values of sustainability and thoughtful service.

Results

• Front desk staff are saving 12 hours per week, thanks to a reduction in paper itinerary-related queries compared to the previous period—based on post-production feedback.
