- Sharon confirmed the team is happy with everything across the full order.

About Collective Impact
Collective Impact is an Australian organisation that brings communities and organisations together to address complex social issues. Sharon Tredrea reached out to Cubic Promote to organise a branded merchandise run covering three product types for a community engagement campaign.
How We Handled the Order
Sharon needed three products that worked together as a set and consistently carried the Collective Impact brand. Mary from our team took the brief and worked through the order with her.
- Jute tote bags — we printed the Collective Impact “C” icon and wordmark in navy across the front panel. Jute takes solid colour print well, and the navy on natural fabric gives the bag a clean, grounded look.
- Cork notebook and pen sets — the notebook cover is cork with a black lower panel carrying the Collective Impact logo and a QR code side by side. The cork-barrelled pens carry the logo along the barrel in black, matching the notebook as a paired set.
- Jelly beans — ordered as a lighter giveaway item suited to a broader community audience at events.
A free quote covered all three products together. Ordering in bulk kept the per-unit cost practical across the full range. Once Sharon approved the mock-ups, everything went into production and shipped from our Sydney warehouse.
Our Client’s Reaction To The Merchandise
Sharon confirmed the order had arrived:
“Oh yes. No, we’re happy with that. So, thank you so much.”
As an account manager, Mary recommended cork and jute across the notebook sets and tote bags because the natural finishes suit a social impact brand and resonate with a community audience that responds to considered, values-aligned merchandise.
Why Natural Materials Are Preferred for Community Merchandise
Cork and jute communicate something before the logo even registers. They read as considered and environmentally aware, which aligns naturally with organisations working in the community and social impact space. For a brand like Collective Impact, the material choice reinforces the message the organisation is already sending.
Jelly beans work differently in this case. They are a low-cost giveaway that creates warmth and approachability at a community event, giving the team something to hand out freely to a wider audience. Together, the three products cover different settings and different audiences across the one campaign.
