Key Points

  • Ovid Therapeutics ordered a bulk branded merch pack including linen tote bags with leather handles, highlighter sets in branded tins, power banks, and navy folding umbrellas, all printed with the full-colour Ovid Therapeutics logo.
  • The Ovid Therapeutics logo uses multiple colours across a detailed abstract icon, so reproducing it cleanly across four different surfaces required careful artwork setup for each product.
  • Andreas confirmed everything looks really nice and said the team really appreciates it.

About Ovid Therapeutics

Ovid Therapeutics is a pharmaceutical company focused on developing treatments for neurological conditions. Their Australian team contacted Cubic Promote to put together a branded merch pack covering four product types, each carrying the Ovid Therapeutics logo across a different surface and material.

Mary Haycell Aguirre, our account manager, handled this order from brief to delivery. With four products going into production at the same time, she made sure the Ovid Therapeutics logo was adapted correctly for each surface before sign-off, since a multi-colour abstract mark behaves differently on linen, tin, matte plastic, and polyester canopy fabric.

How We Approach Ovid Therapeutics’ Order

The Ovid Therapeutics logo is a detailed, multi-colour abstract mark combining blue, teal, green, orange, and red across an interlinked figure-of-eight shape. Reproducing that level of colour detail across four different materials required adapting the artwork separately for each product before anything went to production.

  • Linen tote bags — the full-colour logo and navy wordmark were printed large across the front panel of a natural linen body with leather handles and silver rivets, giving the bag a finish that suits a pharmaceutical brand presenting to clinicians or at a conference.
  • Highlighter tins — the logo was printed onto a white tin case housing five highlighters in pink, yellow, orange, blue, and green. The tin keeps the set neat and gives the brand a clean, contained presence on a desk.
  • Power banks — the full-colour logo and wordmark were printed on a matte black body, with the icon and text running vertically across the face.
  • Folding umbrellas — the logo and wordmark were printed across two panels of a navy canopy in white and full colour, keeping the brand visible even when the umbrella is partially open.

A free quote covered all four products together, and because the full pack was ordered in bulk, the per-unit cost across the range stayed practical for a corporate merch run. Once Andreas approved all four mock-ups, everything went into production and shipped from our Sydney warehouse.

What Our Client Feedback After Delivery

Andreas confirmed the order had arrived:

“Yeah, no, we really appreciate it. Everything looks really nice and yeah, thank you so much.”

No single account manager name was confirmed in the supplied materials. The Cubic Promote team handled the artwork, production, and delivery across all four products.

How Each Product Works for a Pharmaceutical Brand

  • Linen tote bags get carried into conferences, clinics, and meetings, putting the logo into professional settings without the brand having to do anything extra.
  • Highlighter sets sit on a desk and get used during research, note-taking, and document review, which is exactly the kind of daily work environment a pharmaceutical brand wants to be present in.
  • Power banks travel everywhere a person goes, from a hospital corridor to a hotel room during a conference, so the logo moves with the recipient throughout the day.
  • Folding umbrellas are used in public, outside the meeting room and conference hall, putting the brand in view in settings most pharmaceutical merchandise never reaches.

Ordering all four products together in bulk means the brand appears throughout the audience’s workday, from the conference bag on arrival to the umbrella on the way home.
