Charles Liu – Owner
Fun Facts: Loves meat pies & VB. Is a glass-half-full type of person

Charles started work at Cubic Promote with its inception in 2005. He found himself drawn to the fun, creative side of the promotional products industry after previous roles in finance and marketing.

The best thing about his job is happy customers. He is known for his expertise regarding all branding methods and product knowledge. Many marketing and business decisions within the Cubic Promote team also run through him.

Wendy Li – General Manager
Fun Facts: Enjoys watching sports. Loves golf.

Wendy started her time with Cubic Promote in 2010 and hasn’t looked back! She began as a production manager, and moved on to various Account management roles before ultimately settling into her current role of General Manager of which she has held since 2018.

These days, Wendy is one of the experts at Cubic with the experience and industry knowledge to assist with almost every client and production situation that may arise. She is a leader within the business, and the rest of the team appreciates her guidance.

Fun Facts: Enjoys dancing and aerial yoga. She also loves to hang upside down and can do cartwheels.

Jasmine has been with Cubic Promote since the business began in 2006. A love of new & innovative products and a need for flexible working arrangements drew her to team Cubic all those years ago!

As she has a strong background in auditing and compliance, Jasmine was a natural choice for our accounting team. When other Cubic team members require information on invoices, finance, or accounting, Jasmine is always first to help out.

Peanut takes the role of Vice President of Belly Rubs very seriously—conducting daily “belly rub quality checks” across the office to ensure maximum happiness and productivity.

He specialises in providing top-quality branded apparel and merchandise, focusing on environmentally friendly uniforms, workwear, and corporate promotional gear. Mark Tyssen – Senior Business Development Manager
Fun Facts: Lives on more than 2 cups of coffee a day.

30+ years of industry experience in Australia, specialising in Apparel. Mark knows everything there is to know about promotional products and custom uniforms. Having previously owned his own manufacturing business, Mark is well-versed in quality. Talking to customers and delivering on his word is what makes Mark’s day.

With a strong background in sales within the entertainment industry, I bring a unique blend of creativity and professionalism to my role at Cubic Promote. My experience spans various facets of promotional merchandise and client interaction, where I am dedicated to achieving the highest levels of client satisfaction and effective communication.

Fun Facts: She is a mother to one beautiful baby girl

Shealeigh started working with Cubic Promote back in October of 2023, where she finds herself flourishing and growing with the team. She challenges herself to work harder every day, harder than the day before. Coming to work every day is never a hassle for her, but it is something she genuinely looks forward to because she gets to work with great colleagues and serve amazing clients from businesses all throughout Australia and New Zealand. Those who work with Shealeigh note that she cares a lot about others. Helping others achieve success in their careers is a driving point for her.

Mary Haycell Aguirre – Creative Director
Fun Facts: She can’t live without chocolate and lip tint. She’s a fan of Korean dramas (K-dramas). She loves singing, but she must admit, music doesn’t love her back.

Mary recently joined Cubic Promote in March 2024. Initially, she spent one month in cold calling before transitioning to Client Relationship Associate for a month. Since May, she has been serving as an Account Manager.

With over seven years of experience in client calling, Mary has quickly adapted to handling calls with ease. She is an attentive listener who always strives to recommend the best course of action to their clients.

Ariane Milarpez – Creative Director
Fun Facts: She can’t live without eating rice. An avid Korean drama fan. Her favourite day of the week is Monday (crazy, right?)

Ariane began working at Cubic Promote in mid-2019 after time spent in sourcing and business development. Promotional products sales use her knowledge base, but with many additional variables that help liven up her days!

Ariane enjoys working with the diverse team at Cubic and finds she’s at her best when making the impossible possible for urgent clients. In addition, the other Cubic staff know Ariane as a fantastic all-around listener.

Fun Facts: I grew up on a boat until I was seven! That early sense of adventure shaped my passion for creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.

With over a decade of experience in print, sales, and marketing, Arris joined Cubic Promote to bring her expertise in client relationships and creative solutions to the team.

When she’s not working on branded merchandise, you’ll find her chasing sunsets or exploring off-the-beaten-path destinations—she’s travelled to places like Georgia, Armenia, and Nepal.

Fun Facts: Likes dancing. Loves BTS. Enjoys traveling.

Aiza joined team Cubic at the beginning of 2018 from a previous role in order management. Because Aiza has a background in equipment order processing, she is extremely efficient at providing production support to the customer care team.

Aiza is one of the first full-time production managers to join our team, and she’s always keen to learn new things and share her knowledge with the other production staff.

Fun Facts: Not a fan of cheese. Loves to read & appreciates rooms filled with books. Viewing dog videos and pics online = theraphy.

Hannah became a member of team Cubic in early 2020 after deciding it was the right time to change industries. Coming from a support and analysis background, Hannah has quickly settled into her role as a production manager at Cubic Promote.

Diligent and proactive, Hannah likes to keep clients in the loop about their orders and stays on top of the latest additions to our sizable catalogue.

Fun Facts: Leonides has a near-perfect memory for client details — but regularly forgets where he left his coffee. He’s also known as the unofficial office DJ, curating the perfect playlist for productivity.

Leo brings over a decade of experience in business development, procurement, and account management, with a strong background in sales operations and client relations across various industries. Since joining Cubic Promote, he’s played a key role in streamlining supplier coordination and ensuring smooth, on-time project delivery.

With a strong focus on communication, efficiency, and client satisfaction, Leonides is known for his proactive approach and ability to handle complex logistics with calm confidence.

Eloisa Uniforme – Senior Product and Marketing Expert

Fun Facts: Needs a cup of coffee to start the day. Sleep > Food. Can stay inside th house for a month without going outside at all.
Eloisa began working with Cubic Promote in late 2019 after a long career in purchasing for various companies. She decided to change things up a bit by working with the production side of Cubic Promote, which Eloisa is enjoying immensely.

Because of her history in purchasing, Eloisa provides additional insights to our staff and customers, ensuring that everyone is maximising their sales journey to achieve the best outcomes.

Fun Facts: Loves cooking and baking. She bakes and sells cheesecakes as her sideline business. Singing and eating are her ways to relive her stress. She is also a pet lover and has three dogs, one cat and betta fish.

Elle joined our team in 2022. Her previous role was brand assistant for a mobile products distributor. Moving to a production manager role at Cubic Promote is new to her, but she was able to adapt to her fast-paced and challenging role.

Elle is enthusiastic about providing an excellent customer experience. She works hard to stay always on top of her job. She takes all challenges as an opportunity for her growth.
