2026 Christmas Catalogue: Client Gifts Delivered Direct
Sending gifts to clients during the holidays is a great way to build your relationship. But delivering 100 hampers yourself takes a lot of time. With direct delivery, you skip the packing and shipping. Simply pick your gifts, send us your list, and we’ll deliver them straight to your clients’ office locations. In this blog, we’ll show you what’s in our Christmas catalogue and the benefits of direct delivery.

How direct delivery works
You choose your hamper or gift of choice from our collection. We pack and send each gift straight to the recipient.
- Every gift is packed individually, not in cartons of 50
- Parcels go to each recipient’s office or home address.
- A printed message card can go inside each box.
- Your team never touches packing, labels, or postage.
Direct delivery works well if your clients are in different states, your team is remote, or you want to avoid turning the office into a packing station at the end of the year.

Gifts from the catalogue, by budget
We’ve split our 2026 Christmas Catalogue into price brackets to help you pick gifts that fit your budget. Many businesses pick two or three brackets, saving the higher-priced gifts for their top clients.

What our account managers would want to receive
We asked four of our account managers which items they’d actually keep if they received them. Their picks line up well with our catalogue.
Personalising each gift
Direct delivery lets you do something bulk orders can’t. And that is to put a different name on every box. Some catalogue items allow for individual names, so each gift feels personal, not mass-produced.
- Laser engraving on bottles, cups, pens and decanters can carry a client’s name alongside your logo.
- The Target wireless charger and Gig speaker can take a digital label with each recipient’s full name on the box.
- Moleskine notebooks can be debossed for a more understated finish.
Planning around the Australian Christmas calendar
In Australia, Christmas falls during summer and school holidays. Many businesses close from just before Christmas until mid-January.
- Try to have gifts arrive while people are still at work.
- If your clients work both in the office and at home, see if home delivery is better for them.
- Allow extra time for deliveries to regional areas and to clients in New Zealand.
- Don’t send heat-sensitive gifts unless you can make sure they’ll arrive quickly and safely.
Your account manager will confirm this year’s production and dispatch cut-offs, since lead times vary by item and branding method.

Keeping it on schedule
You can make things much easier on your end. Delayed approvals, unclear feedback, and late changes are the main reasons timelines slip. In December, even a two-day wait on a proof can push dispatch past the shutdown. Here are some tips to help:
- Nominate one person to approve proofs.
- Lock the gift and quantities before artwork starts.
- Send the recipient list as a spreadsheet with name, company, street address, phone and any apparel sizes.
- Treat late additions as a separate small order.
Getting your list started
Tell us your budget, roughly how many clients you want to send gifts to, and where they’re located. An account manager will suggest catalogue options and delivery dates that work for you.
