It is our job to earn your trust.

We do our very best to ensure products are delivered correctly the first time. However, with the volume of products we send each day, mishaps happen. This is when our Return Policies become relevant. Nobody likes an order mix-up, but if it happens, we will fix the mishap from our end. Our refreshed Returns Policy covers the essentials: wrong items, faulty products, or damaged deliveries. Contact us, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund. The only valid reason we cannot accept products for return is when they have been damaged intentionally.
