The brief

Introducing Bridging The Gap

Bridging The Gap delivers community support programs and meets the public face to face at local events. Kelly Tillet needed a kit that worked on a stall: polo shirts so staff read as a team from across a room, and a giveaway item visitors take home. Fidget spinners suited the second role — low unit cost, popular with all ages, and enough surface to carry the logo clearly.

“See attached photo of some of our promotional items at event today. Please can I re order the fidget spinners exactly the same as before.”

The build

How we built it

Mary and Hannah set up the order so both lines shared one approved artwork file. The polo decoration was positioned for the chest, and the spinner print was scaled to the centre cap so the logo stays readable while the item spins. Holding that file meant the repeat spinner order ran straight to production with no new proofing.

What our client got back

The kit went on the stall at the next event and Kelly sent photos back the same day, along with the repeat order. Bridging The Gap has a branded uniform and giveaway pairing it can restock on demand.
