How were the bucket hats used?

Etiqa Australia ordered 900 bucket hats to support a series of outdoor events and customer-focused activities. These hats were designed in bright, welcoming colours with the Etiqa logo on the front, reflecting the brand’s approachable and people-first personality.

The hats were distributed at community fairs, info sessions, and outdoor partner activations, where Etiqa teams met with customers, answered questions, and helped people understand their insurance options. They were also given to attendees who stopped for a chat or collected product information.
