DeliverEASE – HealthShare NSW Initiative
Last Updated: 30 October 2025

Client: DeliverEASE – a HealthShare NSW–led supply chain project in collaboration with eHealth NSW and Southeastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD). The project focuses on improving the availability and visibility of medical consumables, helping hospital staff spend more time caring for patients and less time managing supplies.
What was ordered: 1,000 reusable cups featuring a blue lid, printed with the DeliverEASE logo and their SharePoint link: nswhealth.sharepoint.com.au.
Purpose: To promote the DeliverEASE initiative among staff and stakeholders while encouraging sustainable practices across NSW Health facilities.
How were the cups used? The reusable cups were handed out to staff and partners who participated in the DeliverEASE rollout. Each one featured the project’s logo and a printed SharePoint link, making it easy for teams to find program information and updates whenever needed.
The blue lids quickly became a familiar sight in hospital offices and break areas. Staff used the cups every day for coffee and tea, reducing single-use waste while supporting the project.
The cups proved to be more than just a gift — they helped keep DeliverEASE top of mind across departments. The printed link served as a quick reminder of where to find project details, boosting awareness and communication across the network.
This small but effective gesture reflected DeliverEASE’s focus on teamwork, efficiency, and sustainability; while providing staff with a practical tool they could use every day.
