MindTree Psychology

Key Points

  • MindTree Psychology ordered branded coffee mugs and glass cups for their Gold Coast clinic.
  • The mugs have a white body, cork-style base, and the full MindTree tree logo printed across the front. The glasses are clear stemless cups with the same logo printed cleanly on the bowl.
  • Mark, our client representative, confirmed both the mugs and glasses had arrived and said the practice was very happy with both products.

Introduce MindTree Psychology

MindTree Psychology is a psychology practice on the Gold Coast, Queensland, operating under the brand philosophy of “Growing Minds. Nurturing Wellbeing.” Mark Wright reached out to Cubic Promote to order branded drinkware for the clinic, wanting pieces that felt considered and consistent with the practice’s calm, natural brand identity.

Client’s Brief: Custom Drinkware

Mark wanted drinkware that matched the MindTree brand and worked across the clinic’s day-to-day routine. So we recommended two products together.

  • First, a two-tone ceramic mug with a white upper body and a warm cork-style base, printed with the full-colour MindTree tree logo across the front.
  • Second, a clear stemless glass cup with the same logo printed on the bowl. For the final result, the two pieces cover morning coffees, afternoon teas, and water throughout the day, so the brand stays present in the hands of clients and staff across every visit.

We sent a free quote promptly, and because the order combined two product types in bulk, the per-unit cost on each came to a sensible level. After that, our artwork team set up the full-colour tree logo for both surfaces, since print behaves differently on ceramic versus glass and each needed its own setup to get the colours sitting right. Once Mark approved the mock-ups for both products, the order went into production. Before deliver, we quality-checked everything and shipped it from our Sydney warehouse to the Gold Coast.

Client’s Reaction When Receiving the Product

Mark emailed Mary after both deliveries had landed:

“The glasses have now arrived, and we are very happy with both the mugs and glasses. Thank you again.”

Mary Haycell Aguirre is a Cubic Promote account manager who enjoys helping clients find the right products and seeing the whole order come together from brief to delivery. She works well with clients across corporate settings, health, and professional services, where the merchandise needs to feel polished.

She consulted MindTree Psychology to pair the mug and glass together because a psychology clinic serves clients throughout the day, and having both a warm and cold drinkware option meant the branding would appear in more moments naturally. Hannah Calvo supported the account throughout the process.

How Drinkware is Perfect for Clinics

A psychology clinic is a space where clients spend meaningful time, often returning week after week. Branded drinkware in that environment does something quietly effective. It makes the space feel more considered, and it puts the practice’s identity into an everyday moment, like a cup of tea before a session, without feeling forced or overly commercial.

Ceramic mugs with a cork or natural base also suit a calm, earthy brand identity far better than a standard white mug would. The texture adds warmth to the object itself, and that carries through to how the space feels to anyone sitting in the waiting room or consultation room. Paired with a clean glass cup, the two pieces give the clinic a consistent look across the day that staff and clients both notice.
