2Connect Youth & Community, a leading not-for-profit organisation in South East Sydney, was preparing for an upcoming community development event focused on engaging young people around critical issues, such as domestic violence and homelessness. The Challenge

2Connect Youth & Community needed items to give out to the youth attendees at a community development session they hosted at their 2Connect Centre in Southeast Sydney. To keep their audience engaged during the discussion, they ordered various stationery items, including notebooks, highlighters, and sticky notes. Our Approach

• 500 custom sticky notes in 75 x 75mm size

All their options were made from eco-friendly and recycled materials. And all these were custom printed with their logo.

During the production process, our team maintained constant communication with the 2Connect Youth & Community team. This is to ensure that we keep them updated on the progress and quality of the items we produce.

• Delivery: We ensured the items arrived three days ahead of schedule. This is to ensure they have plenty of time to strategise and check the quality.

Metrics & Results

On the day of the event, the 2Connect team placed the items on every seat. This is strategically done to create a warm and welcome atmosphere for their youth attendees during the event. As a result, the organisation achieved:

• 10% average increase in social media engagement, with youth attendees posting selfies of themselves with the giveaways they received and sharing their takeaways from the discussions.
• 9% growth in follower count across 2Connect’s social media platforms within one week after the event, driven by user-generated content and tag mentions of the branded items.
