Client: House With No Steps (now known as Aruma) – a long-standing Australian disability support organisation founded in 1962. Known for championing accessible living, employment opportunities, and meaningful support for people with disabilities, the organisation continues its mission today under the Aruma name.

What was ordered? 750 sticky note pads printed with their website address and the organisation’s branding.

Purpose? To use across programs, offices, and community events as a simple communication tool and a reminder of available services.

How were the sticky notes used?

The organisation ordered 750 branded sticky note pads featuring their link to share across their teams and community activities. These were placed at reception desks, support worker stations, training rooms, and program offices — anywhere staff and visitors needed to jot down important reminders or quick messages.

Support workers used the notes during day programs and during meetings with participants, often recording key dates, activity details, and follow-up steps for families. The pads were also handed out during community engagement events and information sessions, giving attendees a small, practical item to take home that also pointed them back to the organisation’s services.

The branded notes helped keep contact details visible in homes and workplaces while offering a familiar touchpoint for long-time supporters who still recognise the House With No Steps name.

Overall, the stationery served as a practical everyday tool that supported communication while honouring the organisation’s long history of inclusive support.
