Client: Newcastle Permanent – a proudly customer-owned bank since 1903, offering personal and business banking solutions to customers across regional NSW.

What was ordered? Sticky note pads printed with the Newcastle Permanent logo (1,000 pcs assumed unless otherwise stated.)

Purpose? To support mortgage brokers and partner networks with clear, easy access to the bank’s dedicated support team.

How were the sticky notes used?

Newcastle Permanent ordered branded sticky notes featuring their Broker Support email address to facilitate smoother communication for brokers handling home loan applications and customer enquiries.

The pads were included in broker welcome kits, handed out during PD days, and placed on desks during lender training sessions. Brokers used them for quick reminders, follow-ups, document checklists, and client notes — always with the support email right in front of them when needed.

This practical little tool supported a key part of Newcastle Permanent’s promise — being accessible, easy to work with, and committed to helping brokers deliver great outcomes for their clients.
