MESO Emergency Service Specialists
The team at MESO Emergency Service Specialists ordered fidget toys, spinners, bucket hats and caps for a community event. Because the event would attract different types of visitors, one giveaway likely wouldn’t suit everyone. We built the merchandise mix to give the MESO team several options, depending on who approached their stand.
Mary Aguirre-Cruz, our account manager, worked with Vanessa from the MESO team to coordinate the different products, branding, and production requirements. The variety was the strongest part of the order.

Why We Suggested Fidget Items
When their team approached us, they didn’t know what giveaways to order. So our account manager suggested a few items. She mentioned a variety of items to give MESO the options they needed. The fidget toys and spinners gave MESO something interactive to offer younger visitors and families. The bucket hats and caps were handed out to both adults and kids, who were relieved to receive them because it was hot outside.

Results
Aside from arranging this order and having it delivered 2 days before the scheduled date, MESO was also happy because these giveaways:
- Increased sign-ups for their upcoming event
- The order was delivered fast.
- The custom printing looks great on all the items.
Why We Preferred a Mixed Range
At community events, the people approaching a booth can vary significantly. The smaller items could be distributed freely during busier periods, while the hats and caps offered something more substantial with longer-term use. For us, the order showed why a merchandise range sometimes makes more sense than selecting a single hero product. Mary helped coordinate several items that served different purposes while still keeping the MESO branding consistent across the event.
