Ella Egberts from SkillsConnection ordered 1,500 Whirlo Fidget Spinners as giveaways for an upcoming event.
SkillsConnection is a not-for-profit NDIS provider with nearly 50 years of experience helping people of all abilities in Colac and nearby areas. They focus on building confidence, supporting personal goals, and helping people live more independently.
The fidget spinners were a good fit for the event because they were small, interactive, and easy for staff to hand out. Attendees could also take them home easily since they didn’t take up much space in event bags.
Getting Better Value on a Large Run
Our account manager, Mary Aguirre-Cruz, worked closely with Ella to organise the quantity, artwork, and production. Since SkillsConnection ordered 1,500 pieces, we were able to get a lower cost per unit. This made the large event order more affordable. We also made sure to:
- keep the branding clear on the smaller print area
- maintain consistency across the full run
- making the quantity practical for event distribution
- keeping production moving so the order was ready when needed
Ready in Time for the Event

For us, that feedback summed up the job. The client needed a large quantity at a good price, and just as important, they needed the items ready for the event date.
