The embroidery included in the price covers 8000 stitches, with the actual size varying depending on the complexity of your logo. To get started, simply email us your logo, and we'll let you know what size is possible.

Please note that for simple logos, we offer a redraw service for $45. This ensures that your logo will look its best when embroidered onto the hoodies.

For orders below 50 promotional garments, a print set-up cost of $50 applies. However, for larger orders, this set-up cost is waived.

To give you a clear idea of how your branding will look on the final product, we'll email you a graphical mock-up for approval before proceeding with full production.

To ensure the best quality, we require your logo to be supplied in EPS or PDF format with vector outlines. In certain instances, we can accept JPEG files, but please reach out to us for confirmation.

Turnaround time for promotional clothing is typically 2 weeks if they are in stock. If the hoodies aren't currently available, it may take 4-9 weeks to fulfill your order. In such cases, we may recommend a similar alternative to meet your needs.
