Promotional Homeware Samples

We have three types of sample options available for homeware shoppers. First, our designers produce a digital image of your pet collar or tool kit with your logo. We call this a virtual mock-up, and it is a great way to check how your logo decoration will look on the homeware before stitching or printing it on the physical product. You can get this for free.

If you would like to see the item in person we offer physical samples for the cost of delivery (and the item if valued over $10). These samples do not feature any custom decoration. Which is why we also offer a pre-production sample option, which is your homeware item delivered in person with your logo on it. Pre-production samples cost $90+GST and this covers all production and delivery costs.

Artwork for Branding

We will require you to submit a logo design saved in EPS, PDF, or Adobe Illustrator AI file types with vector lines to achieve the best print quality. If any of these file types are not available, we accept artwork in JPG, GIF, or PNG formats, that our graphic designers will convert into the correct format at a cost of $25 per logo.

Quality Guarantee

Cubic Promote sources and sells high quality promotional homeware that meet local standards. We also tried and tested each product as part of our Q.A. process. If you receive custom printed homeware that is damaged or below an acceptable quality, please contact us for replacements. We also use the latest embroidery machines and print technology which are maintained regularly.

However, if you’re not satisfied with the print or stitch quality, we will inspect the affected items and will arrange an immediate replacement. That is our guarantee to you.
