No, indent just refers to items that are customised to order. Criteria for Custom Made Products

An indent service is only available for orders that require a large quantity of product. Custom made products that are personalised means you have a wider range of options to choose from for fresh ideas and products. To have products that are made just for you though would require a lead time of 5 weeks for air-freighted products and 12 weeks for sea freighted products to Australia.  Minimum order quantities are also required. This range will vary from product to product, but if in doubt, please give us a phone call, and we will be able to provide you with details on minimum order quantities.

Plan Your Event Ahead of Time To Save

The best way to save money when it comes to custom branded merchandise is to plan ahead. If you plan ahead of time, this will allow us to schedule factory production in of your products without the need for a rush fee. Planning ahead allows us to deliver products on time using the most economical freight or courier service. Please remember that producing most products takes a full four weeks. Any less than four weeks ahead of your event and we cannot produce the items in time. We also need to factor in the time it takes to deliver the products as well, so for a fully indent order we suggest planning well ahead of time to ensure you get what you require, when you require it.

We then need to manipulate this raw material to enable it to be scheduled into a production assembly line and then produce it. The raw material may be from anything from hundreds of metres of fabric for an umbrella, or a tonne of plastic to create a unique pen. Orders, therefore, need to be quite large for items in this category, or products that need to be custom made.  Smaller orders would not have enough capacity to use up the raw materials which are purchased in bulk.
