  • Express 24hour turnaround (or)
  • 2 Weeks for Standard Purchase Orders

In this section, we will detail what you can expect from your purchase order, artwork approval, and the arrival of your promotional items. We offer two broad service levels to dispatch promotional products and custom apparel. These two levels include our Express Service and our Regular Service. Below is a detail of the differences:

Custom Branding: Express Service 24Hour

Our express service allows for a 24 dispatch time. This will include custom branding of your logo. The difference will depend on the type of the availability of the type of product you choose to purchase. For this turnaround time to occur, we would require the following:

  • Purchase order sent before 10.00 am (Monday-Friday)
  • Approval of artwork will be sent within 1hour. Your authorisation must be sent within 30 minutes.
  • The invoice must be paid immediately upon your artwork approval.
  • Your custom-branded promotional items and apparel will be dispatched from the warehouse within 24 hours of the next working day.

Custom Branding: Standard 2 Weeks

Our standard turnaround time is 10 working days, covering artwork approval and custom branding production. In most instances we dispatch within 7 working days though. For us to honour our standard turnaround times, we require the following:

  • Purchase orders are to be sent to us for processing from Monday-Friday
  • Artwork for your approval will be sent within 24 hours. Your approval of the artwork will be required within the next day.
  • Invoice must be paid immediately upon your artwork approval (unless you have written credit approval consent from an account manager)
  • Your custom-branded promotional items will arrive with you within 2 weeks.
