Our Work with Helpz
Last Updated: 19 October 2026

Helpz is an Australian NDIS provider that works closely with people, families and communities through Positive Behaviour Support and Allied Health services. They ordered giveaways like T-shirts, pens and jellybeans from us in bulk. Mary Haycell Aguirre, our account manager, worked with Danny Burgess across the order and kept the three-piece range organised from artwork through to production.

How We Helped
Getting the branding right once is one thing. Doing it three times across completely different surfaces is where things can get tricky. The logo had to work on fabric, squeeze neatly onto a narrow pen barrel and still stay clear on a tiny confectionery label. Each surface needed its own artwork setup, so Mary and our production team treated the products individually rather than forcing the same print approach onto all three. We checked how the branding would sit on every surface before production went ahead. That extra care paid off! Helpz was really happy with how the T-shirts, pens and jellybean packs came together, especially with the branding looking consistent across all three.

What We Liked About The Merch
We liked that Helpz did not try to make one piece of merch do everything. They ended up with something wearable, something useful, and something fun to share. It also showed how much more interesting a merchandise range can feel when the products have different roles while still looking like they belong together. For us, seeing the Helpz brand carry comfortably across all three was the best part.
