BK Civil Group ordered branded bags for both employees and clients visiting their office. With nearly two decades of experience in civil construction and plant hire, BK Civil works across projects where staff, clients and suppliers regularly move between offices, meetings and worksites.
Alice Borja, our account manager, handled the order and worked with the client on the branding and production requirements. What made this order useful was that the bags weren’t produced for one specific event. The team could keep them available at the office and use them as different situations came up.

One Product for Staff and Visitors

For employees, the bags provided an everyday option for carrying documents, personal items or materials between locations. For clients visiting the office, the same product could hold paperwork or other items they took away after a meeting. That meant BK Civil could use the bags for:
  • everyday staff use
  • meetings with clients
  • visitors coming into the office
  • carrying documents or project materials
  • keeping the company branding visible outside the workplace
The larger branding area also kept the BK Civil identity easy to see when the bags were carried.

Merchandise Without an Expiry Date

We liked that the order was not tied to a particular date. BK Civil did not have to distribute every bag at once. They could keep stock available and use it whenever staff or clients needed one. For a construction and plant hire business, that practical approach made sense. The product did not need a complicated campaign behind it. It simply needed to be useful, presentable and appropriate for both internal and client-facing situations. Alice helped organise one product that could comfortably serve both groups, giving BK Civil branded merchandise they could continue using well after the original order arrived.
