Blacktown City Council ordered Mokko cotton tote bags for community programs and council events in Western Sydney. The council held a high bar on finish, so attention to detail carried the job.

A quick look at how this Blacktown City Council order came together.
Introducing Blacktown City Council
Blacktown City Council serves one of the largest local government areas in New South Wales, running community programs, libraries and events across Western Sydney. Laura Kongvongsa-Patel needed cotton totes for public distribution: a reusable bag residents keep, printed with council artwork at a standard that holds up to public scrutiny.
“I had a fantastic experience working with Ariane, Sheryl and the team. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The quality of the cotton tote bags met expectations, and the attention to detail really showed in the final product. Communication was smooth throughout the process, and they were always happy to answer questions and accommodate our needs.”
How we built it
Ariane and Sheryl ran the order together, staying across questions as they came up and adjusting where the council needed it. The artwork was set to the print area on the tote face so it holds its proportions across the panel, proofed with Laura, then produced in one batch to keep the print colour consistent bag to bag.
What our client got back
The totes arrived as a complete run and met the standard the council set. Blacktown City Council has a reusable branded bag in circulation across community programs, produced from an approved artwork file we hold for the next order.
