Comsumer Affairs Victoria
Consumer Affairs Victoria — part of the Department of Government Services — needed practical, weather-ready gear for staff working out in the community. We produced a matched set: embroidered bucket hats for sun cover and printed umbrellas for the rain, both carrying the CAV mark.

Gear that stands up to a day outdoors
Consumer Affairs Victoria staff and field officers spend real time outside — at markets, community events and inspections. They wanted branded gear that was genuinely useful in Victorian weather: something for the sun and something for the rain, both clearly identifying the team and reading as an official, trusted presence.
“The hats and umbrellas have arrived and they look great — exactly what we needed. Thank you!”
Embroidery for the hat, clean print for the umbrella
Each product got the decoration that suits it. The bucket hats were embroidered — stitched thread gives a durable, premium finish that holds up to sun and washing, and reproduces the full-colour CAV triangle cleanly on dark cotton. The umbrellas took a crisp white one-colour print that stays sharp and legible on the black canopy. Different methods, one consistent brand across both.
On time, under budget, ready for any weather
The full kit arrived on time and under budget. A matched set does more than a single item — a hat and an umbrella together keep the team visible and protected whatever the day brings, and put a recognisable government brand out in the community. For a first order, it is a strong, practical result. Read more about Consumer Affairs Victoria.
