NSW Government – Bike Week
Last Updated:8 April 2026

We recently worked with the NSW Government to create a high-visibility accessory for their annual Bike Week. They wanted something lightweight and eye-catching to help keep riders safe and promote the event at cycling activities across the state. We delivered 1,500 custom helmet covers for this purpose.
The Strategy Behind Bulk Safety Apparel
Buying these helmet covers in bulk helped the NSW Government save money on each item. This made it a smart choice for a state-wide safety campaign. The bright fabric and reflective details made the branding stand out on the road. Our design team worked with the department to make sure the Bike Week logo looked sharp, using printing that stays bright in any weather. We chose a stretchy, universal material so the covers fit any standard cycling helmet.
Campaign Success
The NSW Government team gave us great feedback, especially about our logistics. The order arrived two days ahead of schedule. For big government events, getting equipment early makes it much easier to distribute to councils and community groups. After the event, surveys showed a 4% increase in safety awareness, thanks to the bright helmet covers reminding everyone about road safety. Why Mary recommends Helmet Covers?
With my years of experience in corporate and government branding, I always suggest helmet covers for large-scale cycling activations. They are among the most visible “safety first” items you can provide, and because they are lightweight, they are incredibly easy to distribute at scale across various regions. By opting for a large volume run and benefiting from our early delivery schedule, we were able to provide the NSW Government with a top-tier product that fit their timeline and budget perfectly. It’s a smart way to turn every cyclist into a brand ambassador for road safety.
