The Protocol and International Visits team needed stationery that looked considered on the table at an official meeting — a notebook and pen set in front of every seat, and lanyards for identification throughout the visit. One brand across three products
Notebooks, pens and lanyards are three very different surfaces — paper board, a slim barrel and woven tape — so the job was keeping the mark clean and consistent on each. Full-colour print handled all three, holding the detail at small sizes on the pen and staying crisp along the length of the lanyard. Running the set together kept the order simple to manage and the presentation uniform.
On time, and a kit that presents well
Hannah Calvo and Mary Haycell Aguirre delivered the order on time, with the lanyards held for collection to suit the team’s schedule.
