The Challenge

The Ravenswood School for Girls, based in Gordon stands as a pillar of academic excellence with its community of parents, and stakeholders pulsing with pride and purpose. However, they felt their promotional efforts lacked something regarding fundraising galas and parent’s nights. They used to give out pens or keychains, but these items couldn’t capture their premier image as one of the top private schools in New South Wales. Ravenswood needed a gift that was premium, eco-conscious, and capable of forging a deeper bond with their community, something to inspire supporters to rally around the school’s vision. To help them with this, they turned to Cubic Promote to order branded notebooks that will serve as a keepsake for events they host during the school year.

We envisioned a gift that would feel like an extension of Ravenswood itself: 150 grey notebooks, each a canvas of elegance and intent. Sourced from sustainable leather, these notebooks bore the school’s crest. They weren’t just for show—parents and donors could fill their pages with notes from galas, dreams for the school’s next chapter, or just for their daily use. 

For this project, our team communicated constantly with them to ensure we do it right—from the placement of the crest to the shade of grey we chose. Every notebook was inspected, and every stitch perfected. With galas and community events on the horizon, time was tight, but our production and logistics teams moved with purpose, delivering all 200 notebooks to Gordon exactly when Ravenswood needed them.

The Outcome

The notebooks landed like a spark in a ready fire. They gave these out at the fundraising galas and parents’ meetings. The parents loved these branded notebooks and pulled them out later to take down meeting notes. Aside from positively reinforcing their brand, these branded notebooks were also used in meeting rooms and even in their offices and homes. Because of this, Ravenswood became a part of their daily lives, constantly reminding them of the school’s commitment to excellence and quality education.
