What was ordered? 800 custom puzzles featuring the Immuta branding.
Purpose? To use as an interactive giveaway at a major tradeshow, helping draw visitors to the booth and spark conversations around data governance.
How were the puzzles used?
Immuta ordered 800 branded puzzles as part of their strategy to stand out on a crowded tradeshow floor. Instead of opting for a standard promotional item, they chose something playful and memorable that tied naturally into their message about solving complex data challenges.
The puzzles were packaged with Immuta’s logo and booth details, and handed out to attendees who stopped by for a demo or asked about Immuta’s data access governance solutions. Staff also used the puzzles as a light icebreaker, inviting visitors to “solve the puzzle just like Immuta helps solve data access complexity.”
The unique giveaway worked exactly as intended — people engaged, lingered longer at the booth, and many returned later with colleagues. Attendees also took the puzzles back to their offices, where they continued to spark interest and conversation.
