State-wide Equipment Program
The State-wide Equipment Program helps Victorians get the aids and equipment they need to stay mobile and independent. For their outreach, they wanted a practical carry bag plus a small fidget toy for younger clients, so we produced 250 SWEP drawstring backpacks and 250 push-pop fidgets.

A quick look at how the SWEP order came together.
Practical for parents, fun for kids
SWEP works with families across Victoria, and their outreach reaches a wide age range. They wanted two things in one order: a sturdy drawstring bag that carries paperwork and small equipment and keeps the SWEP contact details visible, plus a little something for younger clients, a push-pop fidget to hand over at an appointment. Useful for the adult, reassuring for the child.
“I can confirm we’ve received them both. The bags look great and I think the kids will love the fidget-pops.”
Clear contact details, two products, one run
The drawstring bag is where the practical branding lives: the SWEP name, both phone numbers and the email in a clean one-colour print, big enough to read at a glance and to act on later. The push-pop fidgets came printed with a support helpline, so even the fun item does a job. Running both products together in a single one-colour print kept the cost efficient, and the whole order came in on budget.
On time, on budget, ready for outreach
Hannah Calvo and Mary Haycell Aguirre delivered both lines on schedule in ten days and on budget. For a health program, a giveaway is a way to keep a phone number in the house and to make a clinical visit a little easier for a child. It’s a first order that lands both jobs at once.
