Client: Coles Group– one of Australia’s largest and most trusted retailers, operating more than 1,800 outlets nationwide and serving millions of customers each week. Coles works closely with over 8,000 suppliers and employs more than 115,000 team members across Australia.

What was ordered? 1,000 custom chocolate bars featuring a community-focused thank-you message.

Purpose? To distribute as part of the Coles in the Community initiative to recognise and thank supporters and partners.

How were the chocolate bars used?

Coles ordered 1,000 custom-wrapped chocolate bars for their Coles in the Community program. The bars were designed with a special message:

“Thank you to Coles Supermarkets for your help in supporting our community.”

The chocolates were handed out at local events, partner visits, volunteer activities, and community support sessions run throughout the quarter. The idea was to create a small but heartfelt gesture that acknowledged Coles’ role in helping local organisations, charities, and community groups thrive.

The chocolate bars were given to volunteers, partner organisations, and community participants as a token of appreciation. They were also used at store-led community days and presentations where Coles teams met with local groups they support.

The personalised message made the chocolates memorable — many recipients kept the wrappers as a keepsake, recognising Coles’ involvement.
