Walgett Aboriginal Medical Service Limited (WAMS)

Walgett Aboriginal Medical Service Limited (WAMS), a community health service provider based in Walgett, worked with us to come up with a useful giveaway for their health fairs and seminars. They ordered 1,500 white fans with the WAMS logo on them to help people cool off and raise awareness about health.

The fans were given out at community health fairs they hosted across, where they helped people feel better right away in the heat. People who came liked the thoughtful gift, and one person said, “This fan has saved my life today! I will definitely keep using it and think of WAMS for their care.”

Results (Observed by their staff):

• A lot more people visited the booth: More people came up to the WAMS booth to get the fans, which made events more fun.
• Boost in brand recall: People who attended said they remembered the WAMS logo long after the event and linked it to community support.

WAMS not only gave away useful items, but they also showed their commitment to health, which got more people involved in the community and made them more visible.
